After a decade of leading educational initiatives in Denver, Colorado, I’ve returned to my roots in Madrid to continue my mission: transforming the way organizations learn and grow.

Drawing on a decade of international experience, I build scalable learning environments that drive performance. My track record includes launching the International Educator Institute at Denver Public Schools, establishing the L&D department from scratch at Boundless Life, and managing complex digital learning for Netex—all centered on the intersection of psychology and instructional design.

What I do best:

  • Strategic Frameworks: I don’t just create “courses”; I build 12-month professional development plans and onboarding programs from scratch.
  • Global Coordination: Experience managing Talent Acquisition and Learning Design for international educators and corporate teams alike.
  • Multi-Modal Design: Whether it’s an LMS-based e-learning module, an in-person workshop, or a tech-focused leadership series—if it’s about learning, I’ve mastered it.

When I’m not designing e-learning experiences or facilitating workshops, you’ll find me hiking mountain trails, painting, blogging about my latest discoveries, or on the hunt for the perfect sushi roll.

I’m excited to show you how I turn “training” into “growth.” Explore my work below!
