Project Manager skills that I already have
- Bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
- Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Gmail).
- Canva.
- Excellent results working in teams and coaching adults. I was named Distinguished leader in 2023.
- Kanban boards to manage my personal blog. I also use Trello as the main app to organize my articles, social media posts and ideas.
- SMART system o create goals. As a Senior Team Lead, I am a member of the Instructional Leadership team and I am used to create Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-Bound goals.
- In the Capstone Project of the Google Certification, I worked on two different projects and used the following documentation:
- Project Proposal.
- Project Charter.
- Gantt chart.
- Project Retrospective.
- I also have knowledge about Agile and Scrum, being able to apply the main principals to any Project.
