As an avid learner myself, I have a clear vision of what makes a learning experience effective.

The Learning experiences that I design are:

  • Efficient
  • Organized
  • Engaging
  • Interactive
  • Relevant
  • Fun

After more than 10 years designing and facilitating different workshops and professional development courses for different types of learners, I realize that the courses must:

  • Be a solution for a learning gap with relevant interest for the company and the learner.
  • Analyze the target audience, the resources available and the previous researches.
  • Collaborate with all the stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts included, to align the learning goals and expectations.
  • Incorporate the feedback provided by the learners and be flexible to make any adjustments necessary to improve the learning experience.
  • Include interactive activities that activate the learner’s previous knowledge, value his experience, include collaboration among learners and incorporate new knowledge with a real-world application.
